We require your permission to administer any medication.  Please bring any medication to the office and ensure you have completed the Pupil Medication Request Form each week that you require your child to have medicine.  

The school office keep a small supply of Calpol and Piriton for use in emergencies but we can only administer this if we have a completed form AND we gain your verbal consent at the time.
